No. Our in store inventory is constantly shifting and changing as we receive more and more gowns to sell. With so much new inventory it is difficult for us to display it all online. Some styles are purchased so quick that we do not even get the chance to display it on our website. We do our best to add as many styles as possible for our brides to see.
All items are FINAL SALE. At the end of the sale, the items will remain on the website but they will go up to their normal in-store sale price.
Online purchases can be returned. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any items. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as LVD Bridal credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all LVD Bridal and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or, returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, garment bags, and original tags should be included in your return. LVD Bridal offers complimentary return shipping on all orders within the United States for items eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy, and unless otherwise expressly indicated as Final Sale on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products. Products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.
All accessories are final sale. Occasionally there may be special promotions or sales on gowns that will have a Final Sale policy that will be noted. Your Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including LVD Bridal and designer hanging tags. If your order did not include the proper packaging please email INFO@LVDBRIDAL.COM.
Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by LVD Bridal.
Refunds are generally processed within 1-2 weeks of when the returned item is received at our warehouse.
Almost every wedding dress will require alterations. We are happy to provide recommendations. This is a sample that has been tried on by brides but has not been worn down the aisle. We take impeccable care of the gowns and do our best to keep them in the best condition possible. Brides can choose to dry clean after alterations to make sure it is perfect before the big day. Make sure to read the details on each item! We have written out what size the gown is and what sizes it can be altered for!

Yes! As long as the item is not purchased during an online sample sale or flash sale, your item can be consigned back after your big day!
